Do you have a studio?
Since our specialty is weddings, a studio is not necessary. This helps keep expenses low which allows my photography services to be offered at a much lower price than comparable photographers with studio expenses.
Most portrait sessions are done on-location to incorporate the variety of scenes throughout the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky areas.
What payment methods do you accept?
A variety of payment methods can be accepted:

Personal checks*, cashier’s/bank checks, money orders made payable to Studio 36 Photography
* There is a fee of $45 for checks returned for non-sufficient funds or unauthorized use. Photography services may be performed until the personal check has cleared. Please be sure to consider this when making final payments.
** A payment processing fee of 3% may apply.
How far in advance should we book?
Most of my wedding clients book me approximately 1 year prior to their wedding date. Typically, you should book me just after reserving your venue. You should contact me as soon as possible.
For portrait photography, try to book sooner than later. Contact Studio 36 Photography for availability.
* All bookings are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. A reservation is secured by a non-refundable retainer / deposit.

How much should I expect to spend for a wedding photography, roughly?
Each wedding and couple is unique and many nuances can affect the package price. But to give some kind of idea, most of my clients typically spend an a of $2,600 with me. Your wedding photography needs might be similar or different. The best way to narrow down your price is to contact Studio 36 Photography.
Are engagement photos included?
Yes, most of the custom wedding packages include an engagement photo session. Even if you don’t feel you need an engagement session, I still encourage you to do so. We’ll discuss why during the consultation.
Is there a required payment schedule?
No, there is no required payment plan for wedding or portrait photography. You’re welcome to make payments as you’d like. You pay a non-refundable retainer to reserve your date and pay your balance by your wedding date or portrait session prior to any photography services being rendered. Simple.
Do you offer albums and prints?
Yes, albums and prints are available to include as part of your customized package. Various sizes are available for the albums and prints.
My venues require proof of liability insurance. Do you have insurance?
Yes, Studio 36 Photography is covered with liability insurance for weddings and portrait sessions. If your venue requires proof of insurance, notify Studio 36 Photography so a proof of insurance certificate can be provided. It is possible a small fee might apply.
